Questions

Questions we hear a lot

How long does a survey take?

Most residential surveys are delivered within 5 to 7 business days of the deposit. Rush service is available when our schedule allows.

Do I need to be home?

No. We need access to the property; if there is a locked gate or a dog, tell us at booking and we will text you before we arrive.

Why did I get a price range instead of a price?

Larger or irregular parcels, metes-and-bounds descriptions and flood-zone properties are reviewed by our surveyor before we commit to a price. You get the firm quote within one business day.

Can my title company order for me?

Yes. Title companies order through their own portal and can choose to pay at closing.
