Residential boundary survey
Finds your property lines and corners on the ground and shows buildings, fences and easements on a signed, sealed drawing.
A boundary survey answers "where exactly is my property?". We research the deed and plat at the county, find or set the corner markers in the field, and give you a signed and sealed drawing showing the lines, the buildings, fences, driveways and visible easements.
What is included
- Deed and plat research at the county
- Field work to find the property corners
- Signed and sealed survey drawing (PDF)
- Buildings, fences, driveways and visible easements shown
Often added

Help with a LOMA (flood zone removal)
