Title survey (Category 1A)
The survey your title company and lender need to close: Texas Category 1A, certified to the buyer, lender and title company.
When you buy, sell or refinance, the title company and lender usually need a Category 1A survey that matches the title commitment. We review Schedule B, survey the property, and certify the result to the parties of the closing so the survey coverage can be issued.
What is included
- Review of the title commitment (Schedule B easements)
- Category 1A boundary survey
- Certified to the buyer, lender and title company
- Signed and sealed drawing (PDF)

Help with a LOMA (flood zone removal)

Locates and labels protected trees (species and trunk size) for city permits and site plans.
+$200
Topographic detail on the lot
Adds ground elevations and contours to the survey, for drainage, pools, additions and permits.

Review of an existing survey and T-47
If the seller already has a survey and a T-47 affidavit, we check whether it still matches the property, which may save the cost of a new survey.

Extra certification party
Adds another company or person (a second lender, a buyer's company) to the surveyor's certification on the drawing.
+$50 per party
