FEMA elevation certificate
The FEMA form that shows how high your building sits compared with the flood level. Flood insurers use it to set the premium.
An elevation certificate (FEMA form) records the elevation of the building, its lowest floor and the equipment around it against the base flood elevation. Insurers use it to rate flood insurance; it is also the starting point for a LOMA.
